Start off by scheduling a free intro session. The free intro will include an explanation of the basic tenants of CrossFit and it’s foundational movements. A brief overview on nutrition, and finally a warm-up followed by a workout. Once your able to peel yourself off the ground after the workout, we’ll show you the different pricing packages offered and help you decide how to progress.
How an individual progresses after the free intro session will depend on their personal goals and current fitness level. Someone new to CrossFit or of average conditioning may want to begin with a 1 on 1 style of training. On the other hand, an athlete with extensive CrossFit experience and a high level of fitness may want to advance directly to a competitive group setting to get the most out of their experience.
